Fans dedicated a couple of tributes to Kurt Cobain with protests of his death being a murder and trying to get his case re-opened. On the other hand, the album Nevermind increased its success in many ways. A couple of lines from the suicide note have been recited by his wife Courtney Love. The suicide consists of Cobain shooting himself with a gun, leaving his body and a suicide note in his Seattle home. The divorce left Kurt’s outlook on the world forever scarred.” Many people say that because of his upbringing in his childhood and his teenage years led Kurt Cobain to drug addiction and then finally his suicide on April 5, 1994.
Kurt and his family lived in Hoquiam for the first few months of his life then later moved back to Aberdeen, where he had a happy childhood until his parents divorced. As stated on of Kurt Cobain’s biography, “Kurt Cobain was born on February 20 1967, in Aberdeen, Washington. The band gained most of their fame with the 1991 release of the album Nevermind with the record label Geffen. This band was mostly known for their influential music in the 1990s and the many controversies that involved the leading band member Kurt Cobain. There are three main members with various changes of drummers in the band’s history but of the album Nevermind, they are Kurt Cobain, the vocalist and guitarist, Krist Novoselic, the bassist, and Dave Grohl, the drummer. It can be described as a grunge band, which means a style of rock music that incorporates elements of punk rock and heavy metal, popularized in the early 1990s and often marked by lyrics exhibiting nihilism, dissatisfaction, or apathy. Nirvana is very unique band with a very unique history.
